Every message, email and post that leaves your business is approved by a person.

Prices, stock and revenue come from real data. If something is unknown, it says so.

The agent stops at these four points and waits for a person to press the button.

Review before posting
Posts, images and videos drafted by AI wait for approval. The person in charge reviews them and presses publish.

Review before sending
Messages, emails and replies to customers are drafted by AI. Staff read them and press send themselves.

Review before spending
AI may suggest a budget or a purchase order. Every payment is approved and made by a person with the authority to do so.

Reports, plans and agents built for clients are checked by a Brothink team member before handover.
Say clearly when it is AI
- Chatbots identify themselves as AI at the start of each conversation.
- AI-generated content is labeled so reviewers and readers know.
Used only for the agreed purpose
- Data is only used for the purpose you agreed to, never for anything else.
- Brothink uses several AI models (Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, Gemini by Google, open-source models) through business APIs. Under these providers' terms, data sent through the API is not used to train models by default.
- You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by emailing support@brothink.com.
What Brothink will not do
Even if a client offers to pay more.
No seeding
No fake accounts to comment, praise products or run down competitors.
No fake reviews
We do not write or buy reviews, and we do not have AI pose as real customers.
No bought phone lists
We do not buy, sell or use contact lists of unknown origin or without consent.
