By using brothink.com and Brothink's free tools, you agree to the terms below. Paid services are governed by a separate quote and contract; if they differ, the contract takes precedence.
1. Free tools
- Free tools are provided as is. Brothink may change, pause or discontinue a tool without notice.
- Each tool has a fair usage limit to prevent abuse. Limits may differ between tools.
- Brothink may block access when it detects automated use, use beyond the limits or use that breaks these terms.
2. What you must not do
- Use the tools for unlawful purposes.
- Create seeding content, fake reviews, spam or content that deceives others.
- Enter other people's personal data when you have no right to do so.
- Try to get around usage limits, scan or attack the system.
3. Not professional advice
Tool results are for reference only. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. SuyLuan helps you look at a decision from several sides, but it is not investment advice. Minigames that award prizes must be run in line with the rules on promotions. You are responsible for your own decisions.
4. AI-generated results
Some tools use AI. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check prices, figures and important information before you use them. See also the AI use disclosure.
5. Intellectual property
- The website, tools, interface, mascot and the Brothink brand belong to Brothink.
- Content you enter remains yours. You allow Brothink to process it to run the tool and return results.
- You may use the results the tools produce for your own business.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brothink is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or lost data arising from use of the free tools. Liability for paid services follows the signed contract.
7. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party services (for example messaging apps or marketplaces). Brothink does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
8. Changes to these terms
Brothink may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes accordingly. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute is brought before a competent court in Vietnam.
